By downloading or using WakeVerse ("the App"), published by Axel David, you agree to these terms. If you installed the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

The service

WakeVerse is an alarm clock app that displays a Bible verse each morning, with streaks and personalization by theme. Scripture texts are drawn from public-domain translations: the Berean Standard Bible (English) and the Segond 1910 (French).

Subscriptions and purchases

• After a free first morning, full access requires WakeVerse Pro: a weekly subscription, an annual subscription (with a free trial period where offered), or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App before any purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase to your Apple account (iOS) or to your Google Play account (Android).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time: on iOS in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, on Android in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are handled by the store — Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google at Google Play support.

Important notice about alarms

WakeVerse uses the system alarm mechanisms provided by iOS and Android, and is designed to be reliable. However, no software alarm can be guaranteed against every failure (device off, battery depleted, operating system issues, permissions revoked). Do not rely on the App as your sole means of waking for critical obligations (flights, exams, medical duties). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for damages resulting from a missed alarm.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

The App, its design, name and icon are the property of the publisher. Scripture texts are in the public domain. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the App itself.

Termination & changes

We may update the App and these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

En téléchargeant ou en utilisant WakeVerse (« l'Application »), éditée par Axel David, tu acceptes les présentes conditions. Si tu as installé l'Application depuis l'App Store d'Apple, le contrat de licence standard d'Apple (EULA) s'applique également.

Le service

WakeVerse est une application de réveil qui affiche un verset biblique chaque matin, avec un suivi de série et une personnalisation par thème. Les textes bibliques proviennent de traductions du domaine public : la Berean Standard Bible (anglais) et la Segond 1910 (français).

Abonnements et achats

• Après une première matinée gratuite, l'accès complet requiert WakeVerse Pro : abonnement hebdomadaire, abonnement annuel (avec période d'essai gratuite le cas échéant) ou achat unique « à vie ».
• Les prix sont affichés dans l'Application avant tout achat et peuvent varier selon la région. Le paiement est débité à la confirmation de l'achat sur ton compte Apple (iOS) ou sur ton compte Google Play (Android).
• Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement, sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. Toute portion inutilisée d'un essai gratuit est perdue en cas d'achat d'un abonnement.
• Tu peux gérer ou annuler ton abonnement à tout moment : sur iOS dans Réglages › Identifiant Apple › Abonnements, sur Android dans le Play Store, rubrique Paiements et abonnements. Les remboursements sont gérés par la boutique — Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, Google via l'assistance Google Play.

Avertissement important sur les alarmes

WakeVerse utilise les mécanismes d'alarme système d'iOS et d'Android, et est conçue pour être fiable. Toutefois, aucune alarme logicielle ne peut être garantie contre toute défaillance (appareil éteint, batterie vide, problème du système, permissions révoquées). N'utilise pas l'Application comme unique moyen de réveil pour des obligations critiques (vols, examens, gardes médicales). Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi, l'éditeur ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages résultant d'une alarme manquée.

Usage et propriété intellectuelle

L'Application, son design, son nom et son icône sont la propriété de l'éditeur. Les textes bibliques sont dans le domaine public. La copie, la revente ou la redistribution de l'Application sont interdites.

Évolutions

L'Application et les présentes conditions peuvent évoluer ; toute modification substantielle sera publiée sur cette page. La poursuite de l'utilisation vaut acceptation.
